Proposal: A Less Speculative Nuke (Take Two)

Timed out two votes to zero, by Kevan. I now have 24 hours to declare victory.

(Originally processed at 3pm, I just edited this comment to clarify that it timed out; didn’t realise it would affect timestamps.)

If any Idle Kaiju Gods who are idle at the time of this proposal’s posting (excluding those not idle at that time, being aaronwinborn, Chivalrybean, Clucky, Hix, Kevan, and Scaramouche) are de-Idled by the time this proposal passes, then this proposal does nothing.

Kevan has 24 hours from the time of the enactment of this proposal to declare victory.

If Kevan does not do so during that time, roll a DICEN in the GNDT where N is the number of unique Kaiju Gods (other than Kevan) who were not idle at the time of enactment, and who included the phrase “make me Tokyo” in a comment to this proposal before its enactment. Sort these players alphabetically and pick the Xth person in the list where X is the result of the dice roll. Make a post to the blog with these results. The named Kaiju God may then declare victory.

If 48 hours have passed since the proposal’s enactment without a declaration of victory, then the proposal’s effects expire.

If anyone includes the phrase ‘Ook!’ in a comment to this proposal, then award Clucky 3 bananas.

Let’s see if this gets people into action…
