Change the name of Dynastic Rule #2.11 to Groundhog Happiness

Also, add to said rule:

A Bill Murray whose grounded status is set to yes does not lose happiness.

Darth Cliche “forgot” to add this to his version of my proposal so I’m proposing it myself.

for. Setting Grounded to Yes should have some sort of benefit beyond being a Step, and it feels thematically correct for a Bill Murray’s psychological state to persist across resets.
