A slightly apathetic reminder to admins

“Whenever an Admin marks a proposal as enacted or failed, they must also mark their name, and report the final tally of votes (or the fact that the proposal was self-killed or vetoed).”

All right, whatever.

At the very least, I would appreciate seeing the Admin’s name more often than I do.  Not seeing the final tally doesn’t really bother me unless the proposal has timed out.
