[ Might as well bring across a couple of the more critical fixes from the Draft Ruleset. ]

Replace “The Ruleset and Gamestate can only be changed when the Ruleset specifically permits eir being changed.” with:-

The Ruleset and Gamestate can only be altered in manners specified by the Ruleset.

Replace “Every Player may respond to the Declaration of Victory saying whether e regards it as legal or illegal (using the FOR, AGAINST and DEFERENTIAL icons).” with:-

Every Player may respond to the Declaration of Victory saying whether e believes the poster has achieved victory (using the FOR and AGAINST icons).
