Create a new dynastic rule, titled Advertisements, with the following text:
As a weekly action, the Host may start an Advertisement Campaign. To do that, he must make a post to the blog with the word “Advertisement” in its title. Each Contestant may make a comment to the post once with a For icon symbolising that they have ‘Been Noticed’. Upon making the comment, that Contestant rolls DICEX in the GNDT, where X is the highest current Fame plus 1. If that contestant rolls above their own Fame, he gets one Fame.
Might as well have one purely for Fame…

I based this partially on the other two, which have no negative consequences.
(unless you count being moved to the bathroom for a couple seconds as a consequence)

Oh, and the negative consequence of fruit-picking: other people benefit from the fruit too if you’re the one who picked, the picker benefits if enough people eat.
