And now for something completely different:

BlogNomicScript is doing this annoying thing where the new comment count says NaN instead of a number. Does anyone have any idea why?

Which browser are you using?  Clear temp internet files.

I’m using Blank Canvas Script Handler on Chrome. It’s not unique to me; several other players have reported the same issue.

Works for me. (Greasemonkey 0.9.11, Firefox 7.0.1)

Same problem here. Black Canvas on Chrome Beta. =P

It’s Chrome 14.0.835.202, by the way. It’s likely this is a problem with Blank Canvas.

I’m on Chrome 15.0.874.100, so either the bug isn’t fixed, either it’s Black Canvas. I agree it’s more likely to be the latter.

I’ve fixed the problem, it seems (for now at least).

http://userscripts.org/scripts/review/83372 is the newest version.

For those who want to edit it themselves I replaced num_comments - old_comments with num_new_comments in the line which appends the number of new comments to the header.

It appears it doesn’t recognize implicit author FOR votes on CfJs or DoVs, however.

It does for me.
