ayesdeeef wins.
The pace of the game has slowed down something else, and I’m well ahead of Doctor29, my nearest challenger.

It’s not (and this proposal doesn’t change the ruleset or gamestate, so doesn’t do anything), but since Declarations of Victory are subjective “do you think I won?” polls, if you can get a quorum of votes on a flawed “I win” proposal, you can get that same quorum when you make a follow-up DoV.
Abstaining because it’s not my place to say whether the dynasty should end early. But I’d rather see someone putting their money where their mouth is and making a flat-out “player with the most money at midnight Tuesday wins, and I bet it will be me” proposal.
I’ll leave this up for thinking purposes while I am maxed out at two proposals, but if that slot frees up before this Proposal fails (if it fails) I will follow with a formal Enact a rule, ayesdeeef has achieved victory properly formatted proposal.

Is “win” equivalent to “achieve victory” or no? I’d guess that it was, but last time there was a bit of a kerfuffle, if I remember correctly.
