Repeal all dynastic rules.
Start a new dynasty.
Rename Bill Murrays to Citizens.
Rename Weatherteam to Quorum.
Rename Phil to Augustus, with plural Augusti.
Add the following dynastic rule, titled “Augustinian Dynasty”:
For the duration of this Dynasty, titled the First Augustinian Dynasty, there may be more than one Augustus. A proposal is vetoed if all Augustsi vote to veto it. Votes of :imperial: count as
if all Augusti have voted
if they have all voted :against:, and as explicit abstentions if they have all voted and neither of the prior conditions holds.
Make Darth Cliche, Qwazukee, and arthexis become Augusti.
