Add a new Tradition to the list in Rule 2.10 as follows:

The Revered Ancestor Scrubfist has stipulated that no Clansman may bring Armor to a Duel to First-Blood.

In the Rule entitled “List of Valid Items”, change the text

If a Clansman having the Wicker Shield in his inventory

to

If a Clansman is holding a Wicker Shield

against The concept of “holding” is ambiguous, and I don’t think you can not hold a Shield that you own; “The Items held by each Clansman shall be tracked in the GNDT.”

We need to distinguish items owned from items brought along to a duel, rather than using “holding” for both.
