Repeal the rule “The rule formerly known as Wheeeeee!”
Because now the way to win is through Relics, we don’t need this kind of rules anymore.

Arthexis, the way to win the entire metadynasty is through Relics. The way to win in BLO is not through Relics.

Objection! The rule formerly known as Wheeeeee! is the crazy rule which defines BLO as crazy. Remove it, and BLO will begin to suck.
