Proposal: Clarity

Veto after SK—arth

Adminned at 20 Jan 2009 07:15:21 UTC

In Core Rule 1.5 Enactment, immediately before the sentence, “Whenever an Admin marks a proposal as enacted or failed, he must also mark his name, and report the final tally of votes (or the fact that the proposal was self-killed or vetoed),” add the sentence, “Non-Admins may not enact or fail proposals.”

Because this has been bothering me.

The reason for Admins is so that enactments are made responsibly. The reason this is important is because a Non-Admin might enact his own proposal when it should not be allowed to be enacted. The ruleset does not yet explicitly forbid this.

I wouldn’t do this, but you may be right…  imperial COV. Somthing can be made later if needed to give Demi-admins more power.
