To the end of rule 2.2.4.1, add:-
A Scripter who joined the game after May 5th 2009 (or unidled after that date) may not change their ‘Vote’ statistic, nor have it changed by another Scripter.

It’d also not be too late for a few random people to join or unidle over the next few days, purely to weight the endgame vote. It’d be disappointing if somebody won this dynasty purely from getting three or four friends to join, irrespective of how well they’ve played the game so far.
