Add the following line to the end of the main paragraph in the rule called “Battle”.
In the event a dragon’s Heartbeat drops to 0 or less and becomes dead then the battle automatically comes to an end.
This is to avoid having a dragon get stuck beating up a dead dragon.

Well, I suppose now the self-veto has a different function than the self-kill, since vetoes allow the proposal to be cleared right away. Speaking of which, why hasn’t anyone cleared this one yet?
Lol. It was late whem I vetoed so I didn’t clear it. I think most of us still didn’t know vetoed ones get in the fast lane to clearing lol
