Proposal: [Evil] Gifts From the Public Treasury
Passes 5-4. Yoda wins.—Rodlen the Annoyed
Adminned at 14 May 2008 18:00:27 UTC
Each Henchman who votes FOR this proposal gains the following:
* 3 MS
* 3 INT
* 3 GL
* 2 FPT
I also give my word that a randomly chosen Henchman who votes FOR this proposal other than myself will receive extra bonuses in the next dynasty, provided two things occur:
* This proposal passes, and
* I achieve victory in the current dynasty.

Now all we have to do is knock the site offline and we’re golden.

Yoda: If you wanna win right now, make a DoV, so that the voting time left is consumed by the hiatus. When the hiatus is over you can admin this one with the current votes and win.
jay:
Arthexis’s “No” vote is what allowed that, in fact. Nice find.

I wonder if I can make Purplebeard’s ear itch.

This is a proposal to win the game.
jay:
Yes :)
arthexis:
That’s why I voted against from the start. Unless you people do want Yoda to win, in which case you should vote FOR.

At this point people are voting FOR just for a chance at Chosen One.
Long live the Emperor! He has 13 hours to veto and let us blow up a continent first.

This doesn’t seem to be a proposal to win. The italicized text clause in the Ruleset has no effect on text in a proposal.
jay:
Take out the italicized phrase and what do you have left?

It’ll be interesting to watch this proposal.

I count 4-4, no pass.

Sometimes, true evil needs no reason.

COVER YOUR EARS AND DON’T LOOK AT THE FLASH

Now we see if Yoda has the nards to follow through with it, or whether he’d rather set off the Doomsday Device.
jay:
Hey Yoda, I’m pretty random, can I be the chosen Henchman?
Wait, they won’t be Henchmen next cycle. Is this a triple-dirty trick?
