Finding the Briefing Room

Create a new YELLOW Clearance rule, entitled “Report for Briefing” with the text

Any Citizen who is not in Room 23-J, Sector BLN at Midnight of August 7 Gains 5 Traitor Points.

Citizen, what do you mean you “do not know how to get to Sector BLN, much less room 23-J”? Are you questioning the orders of The Computer?

I dunno about this one.  I get that you’re trying to make an impossible situation by referring to a something that is not described by the rules, which can be rather amusing.  But I don’t like the way that being “in a room” is not defined.  What if I claim that I really am in Room 23-J, Sector BLN?  Can you prove otherwise?

what about:

Any Citizen who is not in Room 23-J, Sector BLN at Midnight of August 7 Gains 5 Traitor Points. A Citizen is only in Room 23-J, Sector BLN if the rules say so.

The idea is to have the Troubleshooters “attempt to find the briefing room” by proposing rules changes that would allow them to be in that room.

Also - I forgot the self-repeal clause.
