Proposal: Fixing Glossary

Replace the use of the number 10 in the second-to-last sentence of glossary rule 3 with the word ten.

for This however isn’t necessary, since 10 is normally the proper term for base 10 numbers in math, and as such is considered to be true unless a rule specifically overrides it.
