Proposal: Friends Must stick together

Add a new Rule “Friendship”;
Actors may have a Friend tracked in the GNDT column “Friend”. An Actor may occasionally take any other Actor (Not emself) as a Friend provided that all of the following are true;
a) E has the same hometown as his Friend.
b) E has appeared in at least one film his Friend has.
c) No other Actor has taken em as a Friend.
New Actors start with no Friend. As soon as either the Actor or his Friend changes hometown the Actor goes back to having no friend.
Please notice that Friendship doesn’t have to be 2-way.

I don’t understand the bit about the hometown (except that it makes hometown matter for another as of yet useless statistic) and why people can only have one friend at a time. Fame is about having lots of friends, not just one from back home.

And by the way, could Doremi get around to voting on more of these proposals? Otherwise, Imperial votes pile up and get annoying.

I agree with alethiophile. Doremi should continue to vote, so that cleaning up becomes quicker. The expiration time halves when the Investor has voted, remember.
