If the Proposal titled “[Hint] Faster Traveling through better roads” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Create a new dynastic rule titled Fuel, with the following text:
There exists a substance called Fuel, which is tracked in the GNDT. A Member of the Staff can have as much fuel as their vehicle allows, with no fuel allowed if they don’t have a vehicle. New Staff members start with 0 fuel.

I’ve just made a new proposal about Fuel and Vehicles, so don’t make another one. It has already been submitted, but I’ve set it for time delay so that it will not appear until exactly when a new day starts (I think). That way it wont be my 4’th proposal today.
