Add a new Dynastic Rule to the Ruleset. Call it “Hands Off” and give it the following text:
For the purposes of Dynastic Rules which do not explicitly state otherwise, the Host is not considered a Contestent.
Because we’re excluding the Host from more rules than we’re including him in. We can add sentences that state otherwise to existing rules in a future proposal.
