Proposal: Grandstanding
Passes 8-0. Enacted by Brendan. This proposal doesn’t specify that Standing is tracked in the GNDT, but I’m adding it anyway; feel free to CfJ if you disagree.

Enact a new rule, “Standing”:-
Each Townsperson has a Standing, an integer number which may be positive or negative, and defaulting to zero. If a Townsperson has a Standing of five or more, and a Standing higher than every other Townsperson, that Townsperson has achieved victory.
Trying a straight victory point system unconnected to Readings (or anything else, yet).
