Do with this what you please. Note the likelihood of a balance between political capital here and Raichu’s coup.
I do think this Proposal is evident of the current level of corruption in this government. It is a sorry indicator of the squalid conditions this country is in. If our Speaker were reasonable they would veto this; a Proposal to kill a win condition because you didn’t fullfill it is just ridiculous.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
