If the Proposal titled “Bork bork bork!” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Add a new rule called “Hunger for Knowledge” and give it the following text:
If a Staff Member has on his table a recipe that contains three or more ingredients, then he may “eat” this recipe to gain one guess. The recipe is then removed from his table.
I think this should be a bit more regulated way of getting guesses, with each staff member gaining a guess on average once every three days.

I suppose that’s true, I think I’m just stuck on the idea of somehow getting more guesses. Maybe we don’t need more?

No, more guesses is good, but make is so it’s possible to get more guesses every time period even if you don’t do something every single day. Something that can be done (or attempted perhaps) every week.
