Declaration of Victory: I have finally won! Again!

I have won per the proposal “LOLOLOLOLOLRODLANCHAOZLOLOLDSJKAHGFJKH”.

yuri: against fails to specify that it can only be done once. He can claim a win whenever it tickles his fancy.

me: against per yuri. I must also note that I won by a proposal which didn’t specify it, so I can claim a win whenever I want, too.

I fully intend to pass the mantle to either Bucky or Wakukee if this passes. Vote on which one in your votes.

This proposal’s relavent text is “Whichever player is mentioned in the most EVCs [i.e. Darth Cliche] wins, and may therefore declare victory. ”  Wins is presumably shorthand for “Achieves Victory”.  This proposal passed during the First Dynasty of Qwazukee.

Rule 1.9 directs us to “respond to an active DoV saying whether or not he believes the poster has achieved victory in the current Dynasty…”.  Darth Cliche achieved victory due to the aforementioned proposal, but this did not happen during the current dynasty.

against Because there’s nothing in the ruleset that lets you claim victory. The rules intentionally don’t support ongoing unwritten effects like this.
