The glossary says “No entry may be more than one of the following official types of post: Votable Matters, and Idling Post.”, but “Idling Post” is undefined. (There was an unneccessarily elaborate ‘Idling Post’ system for a few months in 2011 until we threw it out.) You only have to “ask to become idle” in any form of post or comment, to be idled.
I think it’s just a blog entry with no types, rather than not even a blog entry.
There was a quarantined “i_idle5” entry sitting around at the top of the admin interface, seemingly ayesdeeef’s first draft, locked there by having a date years in the future. I’ve deleted it.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

Putting my excessively-literal-interpretation-of-the-rules hat on, doesn’t the fact that it was in illegally many categories mean that the post was (according to the rules) never made at all, and thus ayesdeeef technically isn’t idle? Might be worth CFJing over it in case it affects quorum.
