Idle player list hidden.

Does anyone object? We can change it back if we want. It’s still there, it’s just commented out.

One of the key details of blognomic is the history that it contains.  Make the print smaller, fine.  Don’t just hide it, though.

Its not hidden, it’s now collapsed by default, but appears when you click on “idle players”.
