Proposal: Ignoring the Pain

Self-killed to end the war.

Adminned at 11 Mar 2009 14:36:25 UTC

[ Rewording “Armor” to a more stuntworthy description, avoiding the overlap with the enemy’s own “armor” ratings, sharpening the wording and reducing it to 1AP, since nobody much is above 1AP at the moment. ]

Rename Rule 2.4.1.3 (Armor) to “Adrenaline Rush”, and reword it to:-

Prerequisites: None.
Results: When rolling for damage during a return attack against the Stuntperson, for the remainder of the Skirmish, a roll of 1 or 2 shall be reduced to zero.
Cost: 1 AP

Add “This is known as a return attack.” before “This Soldier has finished attacking the enemy.”, in Rule 2.1.1.

Undermines (ba dum pish) explosives.

Would be better to state “The damage is reduced to zero”.

Oh, fair call. Although having a slight downside to a stunt isn’t so bad; it’s only the adrenaline junkie’s targets that won’t trigger the mines (presumably because the frenzied soldier has already run straight over them).

against  per Clucky. Also, “return attack” is undefined.

The last sentence of the proposal defines “return attack”, as this seems like a useful definition to have around.
