If Sylphrena is an Android and Sylphrena votes Against this Proposal, the Ship’s Computer shall send a Private Message to Sylphrena informing them of the usernames of all other Androids.
Kevan’s vote against also means that he doesn’t have do follow through on this.
This is logically equivalent to starting the proposal with “If this proposal is self-killed…”, which does nothing under BlogNomic’s proposal system (this is a core thing; you’d need a dynastic rule that specifically triggered off failing proposals for anything to be accomplished from this proposal).
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
