If the Proposal titled “Itsa Proposal” failed, this Proposal does nothing.

Create a sub-rule of Shine “Found” with the text:

If the number of Shine Sprites that the Tour Guide possesses should ever be exactly 0, the dynasty is over, if no one meets any victory conditions, repeal all dynastic rules and start a new metadynasty.

against Agreed with Qwaz; we undefined it recently on the basis that it’s just confusing while there isn’t a metadynasty, and we can add it back to core rules when we actually want a metadynasty.

Yeah Amni, I was almost as upset when we removed Metadynasty as I was when we got rid of anonymous CfJ.
