Add a new rule to the ruleset:

If a Student has Scored five Projects, they have achieved victory.

I’m not against him (or you) winning, but I felt I had a good chance to win also. Not that I really have the time to make a dynasty right now or anything, but it feels bad to just kind of give up on it.

I wouldn’t mind someone winning now (I certainly can’t), it just seems odd to pass a law that immediately has someone win. Though I’m new, so I have no idea on any precedent in this manner.
