Enact a new ULTRAVIOLET Dynastic Rule called “Location”:
The sector each citizen is in currently is tracked in the GNDT and defaults to their home sector. Whenever a citizen is terminated, set their sector to their home sector.
I don’t want to know how many times this proposal title has been used…
, but “citizen” should be “Citizen” in my opinion (the enacting Admin can decide whether to capitalize or not).

[Darth Cliche] I know it does not matter, but the first letter _should_ be capitalised, because Citizen is written Citizen everywhere in the Ruleset.
@Ienpw: We already kinda have locations in the form of the Home Sector, but I feel like that’s kind of confusing.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
