Proposal: Loose Ends 1.1

Passes 10-0, times out after 48 hours. Four of the counted votes contain the phrase “Cheese for Excalabur”, which is two less than half of all counted votes. Enacted by Angry Grasshopper

Replace all instances of “Captain” in the ruleset with “Ché-Háme-Háme”.

Set everyone’s Cheese to 0.

If more than one half of counted votes contain the phrase,  “cheese for Excalabur”, give Excalabur one cheese for coming up with the idea of cheese.

Bucky may not receive cheese for this proposal unless at more than one half of counted votes contain the phrase “cheese for Bucky” to avoid my accidentally getting cheese if everyone wants Excalibur to have some.

for I’d be happy to give Excalabur some cheese. However, votes themselves can’t ‘contain’ any phrase but FOR, AGAINST or DEFERENTIAL.
I propose (unofficially, of course) we give em cheese the next time e proposes something.
