Make some proposals

Yuri, please at least give it a try and propose something. Give us something to work with.

AGreed.  Just make it a smaller proposal than last time.  There were parts of the last proposal that people liked, but because it was so big, if you didn’t like all of it, you practically had to vote against it.

I’ll try to get something up. I’m away this month, so I don’t know what my internet access will be like. I’ll try to have something for tomorrow.
