Enact a new YELLOW rule entitled ‘The Mantis Mantra’ reading
The mantra of all Citizens is as follows:
Great Wall of Prophecy, reveal to us Friend Computer’s will that we will blindly obey.
Free us from thought and responsibility.
We shall read things off you.
Then do them.
Your words guide us.
We’re dumb.
Enact a new RED rule reading ‘No Thinking Allowed
No Citizen shall read from the Great Wall of Prophecy. Any Citizen caught doing so may be summarily terminated by any Officer.

Kevan: It works in some dynasties. I agree that it doesn’t work in extremely scammable dynasies such as this one. And we all know that it doesn’t work as the basis for a dynasty.
