Reached quorum, with 11 votes in favour. Enacted by Kevan.

In rule 2.2.1., Stunt Casting, amend the last paragraph as follows (the revision in bold; the bold can be removed upon enactment to the ruleset):

The wiki page “List of American film actors” may only be changed by the Producer, who may alter it at any time. Whenever he does so, he must change the DICE number in the first line of this rule to accurately reflect the new number of entries on the “List of American film actors” page.

What does arrow mean, by the way? It wasn’t there last time I was active.

Last dynasty, it was an extra vote that you could cast alongside your normal one, to say that the proposal had good flavour text. If a quorum agreed, the proposer got a bonus.

So I’m running out of time to have a decent excuse to change all 12024 entries of the list to Matt Damon? Damn.

Would it be possible for an idle player to edit the wiki page?

@Rodlen An “Idle” Admin could edit the wiki.
It is how the last Dynasty ended.

[Rodlen] The fact that it’s regulated means that it’s gamestate, and gamestate “can only be altered in manners specified by the Ruleset”. If a player, an idle player or a complete stranger edits the gamestate illegally, it never happened and we change it back.
