Conductor, may I please stop playing this güiro? It’s broken.

(I think the database is using ISO-8859-1 rather than unicode.)

I was under the impression that the Conductor had to modify the GNDT himself to stop a Musician from playing an instrument.

Can I actually do it myself, with your permission?
