Create a new dynastic rule called ‘Non-Idle’:
Players cannot be idled in the current dynasty.
So that bribes on players who haven’t commented in a long time (e.g. on Rodlen) don’t go wasted if that player idles before the end of the dynasty. I would expect this rule to be repealed before the start of the next dynasty.

As awesome as it would be for someone to intentionally throw the outcome by idling emself (pardon my spivak), it’s too downright abusable, especially if there is coordination involved.
