I have successfully smashed the system.
Let’s examine the rule named Riot!:
The Anarchist with the highest RIOT score on June 1st 2010 has achieved victory. If multiple Anarchists are tied for the highest RIOT score then they have all achieved victory. If no-one has declared victory by 12 noon on June 1st 2010, then all Anarchists have achieved victory.
The second sentence applies even if it isn’t June 1st.
Multiple Anarchists are tied for the highest RIOT score. Therefore, these Anarchists have all achieved victory. As I am one of them, I have achieved victory in the current dynasty.

According to the sidebar, this DoV is “-2660 second old”. Sidebar bug? Daylight savings bug? I recommend waiting an extra hour before enacting/failing just in case.

What now? Should we start fresh with a new theme, or shall we continue with this theme, with me as the new Establishment? Josh, would you have a problem with this? We could draw graffiti over the header image marking it as the second Dynasty of Purplebeard.
I won’t be unsporting about passing the mantle back to Josh if that’s the consensus, but personally, I believe this victory is fully in the spirit of a nomic.

It wouldn’t have made any difference here anyway - it was a slip-up in writing the proposal, nothing more. Maybe one day I’ll start proof-reading these things properly…
