Add a new subrule to Rule 2.5 (Objectives), called “Interception”:-

As a daily action, an Agent who has a Codename (the “Interceptor”) may Intercept another Agent by telephoning D-Ops with the subject line “INTERCEPT [AGENT] ON [OPERATION]” where “AGENT” is the name of an Agent, and “OPERATION” is the name of an Operation in the Dossier which has neither been completed nor failed.

If, at the time the email was sent, the named Agent (the “Target”) had been assigned to the named Operation, then the Operation is failed and the Interceptor is privately informed of the Target’s Codename. Otherwise, the Operation is unaffected, the Interceptor is privately informed of their failure, and the Target is privately informed of the Interceptor’s Codename (but not their name).
