OOC: Though, interestingly enough…either we both win or we both lose.  There is no option for one of us to come out with the prize.

What I mean is, when you’ve made your side wager.

Ok, then I’ll go ahead and get started on the contest.  First, I am going to anounce the creation of 2 NPCs, Theo and Fenimore.  They each have the same starting attributes as an Atlantian except for 4s in their VOR.

Thog and Yoda line up on one side, and Theo and Fenimore line up on the other.  Stacks of pies are brought in and set in front of each person.  The judge explains that the team that eats the most pies after 30 minutes wins.  The teams stare each other down as the judge drones on, explaining the rules of the contest.

The contestants shift their glances to the pies as the judge says, “Ready… Set…”  The contestants are posed to shove the pies into their faces.  “Go!” shouts the judge.

The contestants immediately begin shoveling pies into their mouths (not a pretty sight).  Thog and Yoda gain an early lead.  After about 15 minutes, it’s obvious that Thog and Yoda are more focused on competing against themselves than against Theo and Fenimore.

“Time’s up,” calls the judge.  The empty pie tins are gathered to be counted.  The final count is as follows:

Theo: 10
Fenimore: 7
Team total: 17

Thog: 27
Yoda: 25
Team total: 52

Thog and Yoda clearly won, so they have succeeded.
