Change the description of the 3rd Floor in the rule entitled “The Building” to:
Human Resources: Any Gostak on this floor may spent 1 Distimmed Dosh to move any other Gostak in The Building to another Floor.
If at least half of all comments containing counted votes also contain the text “
Down with Bucky”, create a new rule entitled “Victory” with the following text:
Bucky May Declare Victory.
Unless more than half of all comments containing votes also contain the text “
Down with Bucky”, create a new rule entitled “Victory” with the following text:
Bucky May Declare Victory.
If this poposal passes, give Lars Atomica the cheese. He deserves it
I will be very surprised if this receives more than three 
votes.
