In every subrule to rule 2.1 Robots, replace “Precision Matrix:” with “The Overhead Crane is an available Time Machine. Its Precision Matrix is:”.
Then in every of those subrules, replace “Overhead Crane” with the name of the subrule.
Random idea: since mosts are proposals, how about adding some feature in expression engine that would pop up every time someone makes a post that is not a proposal, warning him it is not a proposal and giving him the possibility to make it a proposal before submitting?

mild
mainly because of the inconsistency it creates with Strength. Might cancel this later if a bunch of people DEF it.
Henri:
Inconsistency with Strength? What strength?
scshunt:
It’s in my other proposal.
Henri:
Found it.

Rule 2.1 already says “The available Robots are listed in the subrules to this rule.”
Cpt_Koen:
Yes, but the names of those listed robots are given only by the subrules’ names, and as our Appendix specifies, those rule names have no effect other than being rule names. Therefore they cannot be part of the listing, therefore we have a list of Precision Matrixes which do not correspond to any specific Time Machine/Robot/Whatever yet.
