Change the background color to white.

Change all cyan text (header, titles) to be the color

Change all normal (now gray) text to be

black

Change all text currently in the font

Georgia to the font Arial

I think this would be a little easier on the eyes.  I’m pretty highly opposed now to the cyan on dark blue.

Since the Veto icon has no meaning, I’m using it to indicate that the proposal is illegal.  Unfortunately, we have no Veto icon, either.
