If the Proposal “Making a connection.” fails, this Proposal does nothing.

Reword the rule entitled “Contacts” to the following:

An Agent may, if they have not yet done so when they had their current Location, telephone D-Ops requesting a contact. D-Ops should respond to this email.  Responses by D-Ops shall be determined in the following manner:

• If the Agent requesting a contact has a Location of “Unknown,” D-Ops will refuse and cite this reason.
• Otherwise, if there exists at least one other Agent or Imposter with the same Allegiance and Location as the Agent requesting the contact, D-Ops will respond with one of their Codenames.
• If neither of the above are true, D-Ops will respond that there are no contacts available.

If D-Ops does give the requesting Agent a contact, D-Ops will also inform the contact that they have been so assigned, and send them the Codename of the requesting Agent.
