Reword the Basic Watch, if it exists, to:-
If a Time Monk possesses a Basic Watch and is Occupying Dynasty 100, they may set their Chronotons to 3. If a Time Monk has no Watch, they may give themselves a Basic Watch.
Remove “This item is a Watch. Each Time Monk may only possess one Watch item. Any attempts to possess this item by a Time Monk who already possesses a Watch fails.” every time it appears in the ruleset.
To the “Inventory” rule, add:
The final word of an Item’s name is its Type. A Time Monk may not take possession of an Item if they already possess an Item of that Type.
Greatly simplifying the Basic Watch, and making the multiple-Watch limit generic. (And trivially replacing “all new Monks get a Basic Watch” with “any Monk without a Basic Watch can get one”, since it’s always best to keep player creation simple.)

far too powerful if you ask me. Also prevents anyone from getting five until we add suport for changing watches. Also what is the reasoning for completely killing the basic watch? If you’d rather people start with one that is just an instant “set it to three” why not add another one?
