If a guess is extremely close to the actual theme and the staff member who made the guess still has at least one guess remaining, then the writer may post the words “follow up” in his comment on it. If he does this, than no other staff member may post a guess until either 24 hours have passed or the player who made the extremely close guess has posted a new guess.

If you actually defined what counts as ‘extremely close’ or at least said that it’s up to the writer instead of leaving it vague, I’d vote FOR.
