Proposal: Sobering up

If the Rule “Drunkeness” does not exist, this Proposal does nothing.

Append the following text to the Rule entitled “Drunkeness”:

As long as their AC is greater than 0, each Earthling (and the Professor) may decrease their own AC by 1 as a weekly action.
