Each Contestant occupies a single room, as tracked in the GNDT, and begins in the Lounge.  A Contestant may move themselves to a different room at any time, with the exception of the Diary Room - if a Contestant is already in the Diary Room, other Contestants cannot enter it.

Each Contestant occupies a single room, as tracked in the GNDT under the column “Location”, and begins in the Lounge.  A Contestant may move themselves to a different room at any time, with the exception of the Diary Room - if a Contestant is already in the Diary Room, other Contestants cannot enter it.  If a Contestant is in the Diary Room or the Bathroom and their Location has not changed in the last 24 hours, any Contestant may move them to the Lounge.
