To the rule “Thermostat,” append the following:

If an Architect’s Site has been deemed Unsafe after being Monitored, and the Site was Unsafe prior to that action, then that Architect (or the Supervisor) must Evacuate their Site by removing any and all Quarters Modules present, making the squares they occupied empty. If this has not been done in 48 hours, any Architect may do so, and the name of the Architect whose Site was evacuated shall be moved to the end of the Bidding Queue.

An Architect’s statistics may not be Monitored if the state of their Site (i.e. Maintained Modules have been added, moved, etc.) has not changed since they were last Monitored.

Add a new rule titled “Health and Safety Regulations,” which reads:

An Architect’s Site is deemed Unsafe if any of the following are true:
* Their Temperature is greater than 50 or less than 0
* Their Oxygen is less than 20% or greater than 75%
* Their Temperature is greater than 40 and Oxygen is greater than 50%
* Their Food is less than five times the number of Quarters modules

In “Thermostat,” replace

Any Architect may Monitor any Architect’s statistics at any time, by

with

If an Architect’s statistics have not been Monitored in the past 24 hours, any Architect may do so by

Re-proposing my previous idea that I shot down due to a minor wording error.

for Not sure why the owning Architect has to do the removal, though, when no choices are required. And is “less than five times the number of Quarters modules” (presumably) their own Quarters modules, or everybody’s?
