Proposal: The Agenda
Passed 12-2, reaches quorum. Enacted by Angry Grasshopper. Items 1-6, and 8 to be added to the Agenda.

Add a new rule entitled “The Agenda” with the following text:
This rule is the list of stuff to do in this metadynasty.
All text in this rule outside of this paragraph must be italicized.
In addition, each Swashbuckler who votes for this proposal must put the numbers of all of the following items they think should be on the agenda. If an item receives at least three votes, add it to the “agenda” rule in italics (without the number).
1)Fix the loophole that was almost used by “Hell Freezes Over.”
2)Fix the loophole used by Kevin to declare victory.
3)Fix the naming conflict problems.
4)Add a section to the wiki for essays on subjects related to Blognimic.
5)Add a part of the history section for the archiving of posts with great literary, philisophical, historical or humor value.
6)Limit the number of DoVs by a single Gostak.
8)Thoroughly enjoy ourselves.
Cheese may also be granted for bringing agenda items to pass. Also, further proposals may alter the list.

Err… it might have been wiser to say “all text outside of this sentence must be italicised”, but I guess it’s fine as is.

The loophole in 1 is the one which would have allowed any admin to admin it in timed out 1-0 and declare victory if hiatus had lasted 48 hours.
The allowing the whole paragraph to be unitalicized means that a sentence could be added reading “proposals that do nothing but add italicized text to this rule have a quorum of three and time out in 12 hours” or something like that

Does this even need to be a proposal? Just stick the list up on the wiki and make proposals according to what matters to you.
But, sure, OK.
And there doesn’t seem to be any sense in limiting ourselves, so all of them.
