I haven’t run the dance recently because the ruleset would not currently allow me to change the dance moves of everyone who is over—giving some people an unfair advantage. After the proposal that fixes that problem passes, then i’ll be able to run the dance =)
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

i’m also curious, because section 2.2 currently reads ‘Dance moves must be referred to by their name, not by their description’, does that mean the monkeys who haven’t changed their dances to refer to the dance move names will also be penalized?
is this worth making an additional rule, or addendum to the new proposal, to let other monkeys fix that?
or am i misreading things or being too nit-picky?
